  4. Contact the Company: I will then reach out to the company on your behalf to discuss the issue and negotiate a resolution.

  5. Resolution and Fees: Once a resolution is achieved, I will calculate the savings or benefits obtained and will charge 20% of the savings over a 12 or 24-month period of that discount.
